Service Description

A natural extension from the Movement, Sport, or Postpartum Assessment, personal training helps reinforce the principles that you will have been introduced to during your assessment. Each hour will use those principles and build on them as you become stronger while learning more about how these principles apply specifically to your life, sport, or job. Our goal with all personal training is to accelerate your learning and strength building process, giving you the tools to understand yourself and your body so that you can eventually apply what you are learning to any situation in life.
